deyja.com Usage Agreement
- Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, deyja.com grants to you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the deyja.com service.
- By using deyja.com service you agree not to:
(a) use data obtained from the deyja.com database for solicitations, commercial or otherwise;
(b) use any data obtained from the deyja.com database as part of a commercial product, service or content offering;
(c) sell or otherwise distribute any data obtained from the deyja.com database;

(e) use the data in a manner which could be reasonably expected to offend any person for whom the data is relevant.

- You agree not to enter any data that is libelous, defamatory or unlawful, or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others.

- deyja.com reserves the right to deny access to any user or group of users to the deyja.com database, at its sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason or no reason.
- deyja.com reserves the right to remove any data from the deyja.com database at any time and for any or no reason.
- deyja.com does not control, and makes no warranty regarding, the accuracy, integrity or quality of any of the data contained in the deyja.com database. deyja.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the data contained in the deyja.com database or use of the deyja.com service.
